About me

I’m Shelley, a Parent Support Guide and mum of three. 

I know firsthand how tough it can feel to parent neurodiverse kids. The exhaustion, the daily battles, the constant question of whether you’re doing enough - I get it. It takes a toll, and before long it can feel like you’re carrying it all on your own, heading towards burn out.

I’m not a therapist or a medical professional. I’m a parent who has walked this road and now offers support as a guide and coach. What I bring is lived experience and practical tools to help you feel more grounded, supported, and connected with your children.

This space is here to give you breathing room, encouragement, and strategies you can use in everyday life. You don’t have to walk this road alone.
